Change billing system

Ever since 2007 you have adopted a billing system which has very strict region based restrictions on credit card usage.

All the complaints about error 401, 406, etc. are officially responded to by blaming our financial institutions. This is absurd because our credit cards work everywhere else, and particularly for other MMORPGs. It is not the fault of our financial institutions, it is the fault of your billing system.

Stop making it difficult for us to give you money.

We deserve to have something better.
