Repairing while in a dungeon?

Is there any way to leave a dungeon in progress without actually abandoning the duty if your gear drops to zero percent? We had a member of our party recently whose gear broke because it was the first time doing a trial boss for the entire group, so we ended up wiping a few times, because they were unable to find a method to exit the dungeon and had no dark matter on them, they ended up having to abandon duty and eat a 30 minute duty penalty (incidentally this was the first time they EVER abandoned a duty, so I think that is a little severe considering they had no other option, their healing was simply unable to keep up with the damage with so much broken gear.)

You could have just kicked them in mutual agreement and they could have queued back in progress.

TBH none of us knew, it was first time we ever dealt with that kind of situation XD We know for next time now.

Yes you can, given you have those crafting class lv up to 40 and have Grade 5 Dark matter in inventory:

Goldsmith: Accessory.
Weaver/Leatherworker/Blacksmith/Armorsmith: Armor.
Carpenter/Armorsmith: Weapons.

OP was talking about the "other" member, not him/herself. And the "other" member probably don't have his/her DoH on level 40+. Would be very helpful if we can repair others like in 1.0. lol

Yeah, none of us had any dark matter on us :p
