DOW & Dots Skills

Hello all well the topic of this discussion is to see the Disciples of War well with the Exception of MRD (kinda).
So here it is

Do you guys think Dow should get some sort of Damage Over Time Skills , i know many people dont like this kinda skill but i defnt love them especially on bosses and since Skull Sunder doesnt stack (i think...) well DoM have a lof of those why should DoW get some also ?

ARC has Bloodletter.

Speaking of DoTs, I don't think it's necessary to spread them around a lot assuming the damage formulas are going to change and DoTs won't be as overpowering in the future. Right now dLevel (level difference) is by far the most significant factor in any damage calculation, which in practice means you deal crap damage against anything 10+ ranks above you no matter how geared and buffed you are. DoTs get around this, however, and deal full damage regardless of level, which is why they're quite... exploitable, if you will.
