Lvl 50 retainers

Hi,
recently my retainers have hit lvl50 and I was wondering about two things:

1: One of my retainers is a fisher, but it seems like htere is nothing interesting on his Itme list (the one token one hour venture for a specific item) is there anything you use a fisher retainer for? or would it be better to make him a DOW/DOM instead (for easier gearing)

2: I like the 18h ventures because there are some items i have never seen before, is there a list with possible items found for each venture? Would be nice to know which item I still miss.

Keep in mind that the Fisher can only return what you have already fished on your own. If you did not fish much, his list is surely straightforward. ;) He brings a lot of fish you need for crafting tho so he ain't that bad from time to time.
