New payment method to replace Playspan?

Since Playspan is not a payment option anymore on the Mog Station, those without a CC (Or SE region accepted DC) have to work around with game time cards or pre-paid CC's.

Game time cards won't add Crysta to your account.
So if you'r willing to buy Crysta or Any of the account services like Fantasia the only option left is a pre-paid CC.

I'd love to see a comparable payment option to Playspan, back as one of the payment options.
Think about Skrill or Paypal (where Skrill offers even broader payment options).
