Lost Personal Room after buying Personal House

Hello!

I'm having an issue after purchasing a small personal house. After private chambers were introduced in 2.3, I bought a room in my FC's house and went to town furnishing and decorating it. Now, with 2.38, after buying a personal house, my chamber has been deleted and everything inside it is gone.

I can't get any furniture back from the residential caretakers (I've checked the caretakers in each of the 3 districts) and my former personal chamber no longer exists (I get the prompt to either visit another one or pay another 300k gil for my own when I click on the door in the FC house.)

I put a lot of work into crafting and designing it and would rather not have all that lost. Also, if I were to buy a private chamber again, would I lose my new house? It's rather unclear what exactly caused this.
