Me and my friends are looking for a casual laid back FC

Me and a good friend of mine are looking to join a laid back FC that has end game in mind and doing raids such as second coil runs and crafting. My main is a ilvl 102/103 PLD and a ilvl 90 BLM and I am working on getting my animus weapon my friend is also going to transfer a character from his server to Ultros as well I have no idea what his character's stats are. We both just want a chill and easy going sort of FC that can focus on the game's content but not be super hardcore about it either. Thanks for reading
