Found this little annoying bug; it appears randomly for me, at any rate. I have not found out what is causing it. I log in normally, but my hotbar with ctrl+1, ctrl+2, etc don't work. Numbers work, but when I try to press both ctrl+1, nothing happens. Not too certain if this is on my end, or if others are experiencing this as well. I usually fix this by exiting the game and then restarting it, but even then, it still occasionally occurs.
