Hi, I was wondering if anyone could explain the grand company provision and supply missions to me. I go there at the right time and it always says that they aren't accepting any more. What is it exactly I'm meant to do or craft? I'm completely clueless so any help would be great
Once you rank up enough in the GC it will become available and will list items that you can turn in for xp and GC seals.

I believe it unlocks at Chief Sargent rank. Just keep applying for promotions at your GC, it will tell you what you need. All promotions require seals, and the ones that promote you to a new title require both completed GC hunting logs, and one of the non story dungeons.
Just an FYI, the items you need to gather/craft are based on the levels of the required classes. This also means if you have not unlocked a given class, you cannot do supply/provision missions for it.
GC supply and provisioning missions are based on a timer, when the timer runs out no more items will be accepted for those missions . They can also be turned in only once a day.
