Question about scrolling menus, etc.

Hiya. Just wanting to compare with other players. When I open the main menu, for example, and scroll from top to bottom the categories are slow to light up compared to my scroll speed. So I could point to something on the end of the list with my mouse and about 2 seconds later actually get to click it.

It's like this in all my menus and with any sort of window with multiple selections and a scroll bar (like buying or selling items) and the slowdown is really holding me back...

I'm wondering if this is just normal or if it's an issue on my end.

I have not seen this problem.
