Cannot verify license?? (PS4)

So the game I guess crashed? Is that it? I was in a middle if Levi Ex when all of the sudden the psn main menu screen came out. Thought that maybe I miss pressed the main menu button on my controller, I selected and pressed the game. It said something along the lines like: Error. Cannot star the application. Cannot connect to the server to verify the license.

This happens often so I thought oh well I'll just restart my ps4 and everything should be okay. Nope! Restarted and I still can't go back on. Mind you this happens frequently with me but never locks me out after restarting my system.

I think a lot of people are having this issue, including me.
PSN may be down.
