In-Game Judicial System

I say in order to deal with all these farming bots and spam bots that are ruining this game for me, why not develop a way where us players who hate botters can have a way to vote to have them booted from the server (like in the party menu, when you want to get rid of an obnoxious moron). It couldn't be that hard to do, make it so that if the botter gets so many votes to be booted, they get sent back to the login screen, and after so many boots they could possibly be banned.

That leave the window open for people to be kicked for other reasons ... For example a Hunt LS doing this to early pullers or to groups of people who hunt but don't call it out.

just an example. I'm sure there are many other ways a system like this could be abused.
