Digital 60-Day Game Time Card

The charge went through on my visa....hours later I still haven't gotten any email about my purchase. The web page after I purchased it said I'd be contacted "shortly".
Has anyone else here bought this online time card? How long did it take them to contact you?
Did I miss a step and that's why I haven't gotten an email?
Has an error occurred and that's why I haven't gotten my email?
Because Ultimate Pay went down, this is the only way I can pay for my sub now. It's my first time buying this card and I'm scared something went wrong and that I wont be able to sub this way either...
I have looked at other "customer support" pages for this but they're all confusing and not helpful. So hopefully the forum is helpful. :c
Had a similar problem; erroneous charge temporary
I had a similar problem with a 60-day card that never sent me a code. The charge was logged on my credit card as pending, but it has never been charged. The successful charge from the next day was originally logged as pending but it has now been charged.
There is still an annoyance that the pending amount is removed from your credit limit, but unless you are running really close to the limit, it shouldn't be an issue once the original charge is dropped from pending. (I'm not sure how long that takes; it hasn't been quite a week yet and it still shows as pending.)
