Replaced iPad, now I can't figure out how to log on :(

Greetings,

I recently wiped my iPad and got a new one. I downloaded the software token app, opened it, and was greeted by the initial setup page.

Now I'm stuck!

I can't seem to de-link my old account (it requires the emergency password, which I have no idea about). I can't login to my account management page without the 6 digit one-time code. But in order to get the code, I need to log in. It seems a vicious circle!

I'm playing on PS4. How do I get a new registration code to get my software token app working again?

Please help!

I would call SE support. That seems to be the best bet for people who have lost their one time deactivate code.
