Poor Bug reporting system

Your method for asking us to report bugs is time consuming, not easy to fill out, and your community reps seems to automatically move to insufficient information any post that does not EXACTLY fit your poorly laid out template. the template isn't really a template either, its more of a format rules list, why isn't there a bug report button or something on the forums that will put the proper headings and formatting so we just have to fill it in? its like you don't want to hear from us.
