People Beneath the Floor

Server: Hyperion
Time: 8:10 CST
OS: Windows 7
PC: over qualified to run FF14, its a super gaming system. Not had a problem before.

Where: Gridania Market Place


Issue: People are sinking below the floor in the Gridania marketing place. There are tops of heads showing through the floor. Please see attached image. I can run anywhere in the market place and people will suddenly sink below the floor, just like that.
