When I submitted my video for the Anniversary Contest, I was fortunate enough to win. Everyone that contributed to my video has received their Skyrockets & Choker, save for one:

I'm unsure if it was not being located due to the apostrophe or some other kind of error, but I'd really like to have it cleared up for her. :) Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have this person make sure their mog mail isnt full also, including the read items. If it is the furballs keep your loot till they can deliver it.

She logged in today after a vacation to find her items in the box.
