My feisty little chocobo quest problem

Hi ..

I'm having a problem with my fiesty little chocobo quest that u get from docette at camp tranquil .. South shroud .. 17/28 . I have done my 20 lv chocobo quest .. bought the license and I can mount chocobo the fat one . I'm 37lv glad .. 32lv story and 30 lv guild . All done but docette quest still have red icon and it's closed .. i press on the quest but I can't take it and it says " quest not yet available " and there is no conditions or requirements ..i don't know if it's a bug or not and in Google no one has the same problem except other tow guys and as I read it seems ia bug . Thanks .
