FC House Idea/Request

Allow the FC leader to buy public domain personal rooms, separate from his or her's personal quarters. By public domain I mean that the room's access, decoration priveleges and the like would be set to the overall house's settings. This I feel would greatly reduce the problem Eorzea currently faces, hot tubs in basements.

We in my FC have sort of done this. We are going to use alts to buy rooms, one to be a War Room, another a bath house, and so on. But it would be simpler if we could just make "all fc access" rooms.
