Move NPC dialog-window

As the title suggests, how do I move the NPC dialog-window, specifically in cutscenes?

A couple of days ago I noticed the dialog-window was somewhat out-of-screen and it was buggy as hell trying to move it. I had to move it way up past where I actually wanted it to be, for it to register and then it would be placed a little lower than where I actually had left it when i refreshed the dialog-window. After finicking for a long time I realized the changed position didn't actually register for the dialog-windows in cutscenes. Seriously... Why is there not a NPC dialog-window option in the HUD-layout for me to move around and scale however I want and that changes the position both in cutscenes and regular play?! In the meantime anyone know how to move the NPC dialog-window in cutscenes? I'm on PS4 btw.

That bugginess of the dialog window position was the biggest annoyance when I moved from PS3 to PS4. On PS3 it works much better, remembering the position you actually placed the dialog rather than somewhere in between it's prior position and where you placed it. But yeah, it doesn't even use that position during cutscenes for either one.

Agreed. We really should have this available there (for all platforms).

Unfortunately, I don't think it's currently possible. :( I tried once, using a short quest-conclusion cutscene that I could repeat by declining the quest reward then talking to the same NPC again. I put the PS4 in mouse-mode and tried several times dragging the dialog window over during the cutscene itself, but the game always put it back to its default position on the next line of dialog no matter where I had moved it to. If there's any other way to do this, I haven't found it yet.

It really sucks :( Posted a bug-report and we'll just have to wait and hope for the best.
