Social List will not change pages via keyboard

The topic says it all. I can only change to the second page of my Friend List by way of mouse. Tab will move my targeting cursor instead of changing pages. Shift-Tab also lacks effect.

Game Pad works properly and Mouse work properly, just not keyboard.

Windows 7 Home Edition

22 friends on the list. So I can see the first 20, but not the last 2 unless I use another method.
