Unable to Login on Specific characters. (90k)

Hi my main character d/ced while in the zone Uldah - Steps of Thal, been trying to log back into my main character for the last hour, but i get stuck at the loading screen that eventually leads to 90k. I am able to login to other characters on the same server and freely go in and out of that zone with no issues. This verifies that the issue is on the server's end. When sitting in the zone on my alt characters i noticed players appearing for a brief moment then vanishing instantly as if they were trying to login and are d/cing at the same time. This happened to me yesterday in the same zone but it only lasted for 2 login attempts.

World: Hyperion
Zone: Ul'dah - Stels of Thal
Affected Character: Laedrian Kiang

the issue seems to have subsided.

I noticed after successfully logging in my retainers werent listed as Ventures in progress nor (Venture Complete) while in the Steps of Thal zone. After teleporting to Mist and checking again the proper headers were displayed.
