Handicapped/Caretaker assitance

Hello, I am posting to notify you that regardless of what I have tried I cannot add my caretakers name to my purchased tickets. I have two tickets with my name (real name) as the ticket holder, I was not able to change this during the edit portion of the tickets when it was available. I have since contacted the event coordinator several times with this issue, they say I missed the deadline. When I tried to explain this multiple times they were not sympathetic to my unique situation. I am needing a way to at least add him to my purchase information, so he too can accompany me to the event, as I am in a wheelchair and need a caretaker. I already have jumped through all the TSA hoops to get tickets for airfare and purchased a room at the Rio. Please can someone help me enjoy and accomplish my dream of going to fanfest.:)

I have great news for you then ! The tickets are in your name so during registration all you have to do is show up and pick up the pass for him, the name is merely there for registration purposes from experience and even if not, as long as you are there with them it should present no more than a minor inconvenience of presenting your ID when asked.

As long as you are present to pick up both of your tickets under your name, the name on their badge will not inhibit their ability to attend the event and they'll be able to enter and accompany you just fine. :)
