Default Game Settings

With the addition of so many wonderful features in the past such as aggro indicators, level display, health bars, etc. Why are they set OFF by default? I understand some people don't like them but they enhance the gameplay experience, most notably for newer players, but also for everyone. Back when I first started a ton of people didn't know about hardware mouse option in the external settings, and I've found the same thing applies to these new in game settings.

Why aren't gameplay enhancements ON by default? There should still be a toggle, but you should start with everything ON and remove what you don't like so people know what they're working with, rather than starting with nothing. It's like if had to learn Photoshop and by default the tools pallet was hidden. That would be silly.

Any plans to change this? I'd imagine it would be quite easy to just slip into a random small patch.

Just change the game settings? Easy as that^.^. I for one wouldn't want it any other way.
