[dev1123] Seeing our own HP and MP bars in the party unit frame

This was mentioned briefly in the middle of the other [dev1123] thread, but I feel it's not getting the attention it needs.

We need to be able to see our own HP and MP bars in the party list unit frame. This is very important for healers.

While you're at it, it would also be nice to be able to sort the order of the names in the party list unit frame. This would allow us to put tanks or players that are more likely to take damage on the top of the list.

Also if you could make it more obvious who you are targeting in the party unit frames that would be helpful. Currently when you target a player, their bar lights up, but other players bars light up in the same/similar way even when you are not targeting them ( not sure if they light up due to aggro or using an ability or maybe some other reason).

Please make it so the visual cue (whether it be the bar lighting up or an icon illuminating next to their name) is unique so it can be easily identifiable.

you can drag and drop your life bar anywhere on the screen, just move it to a more visable place, as an alternate enable HP bars under the configuration settings under target display, You will see everyones hp bar above them including you, I do not think it would be needed to get another HP bar for a party to see your own

No thanks, this would also not help in healing. You seem to be missing the point here, this is for convenience for healers. Healers need to be able to see who they are targeting (including themselves) for easier healing.

Ok, so HP and MP bars are not even the issue... sorry if i got confused as the thread and description led me astray, you have function keys to toggle between party members, and yourself, it is pretty easy to hit a Function key then hit 3 for examlpe where my heal is., not to mention you could cycle around players, and use AoE heal, mostly there is a single person with aggro, I understand your issue, there really is no healing geared commands to aid in a situation where you need to cycle through players with a controller, you could make macro's, with designated party positions, and one set to yourself, the macro capabilities of this game are pretty nice

Yes this is a great addition I've been thinking about for awhile. Worked great in FF 11 , and now that subtargetting highlighting is finally in game would LOVE to see this :D

Yeah that's just it, I am using a controller. Although I have not made macros for specific party positions, I did make some for healing whoever I have currently targeted. They work fairly well, but the issue I have with the macros is the delay from pressing and holding the macro button until they macro bars actually show up on my screen. It's not a huge delay (though it is longer in more laggy areas), but the delay is still a pain in the ass.
