I wanted to inquire about novus with three stats and how the three extra points are allocated once getting a nexus. After upgrading to a nexus I see that I only have 76 total stat points and not the 78 that an i115 weapon should have.
Is this a bug and will there be a fix for it?

Because determination is a heavy weighted stats and if you use determination you have a lower Stat cap? same as with your novus, it put 1 point in determination which counts as 2 of your points
You don't always get +3 to the 75. It depends on how much of which secondaries you have.
44cap stats get a bonus at 20 and 40.
31cap (det) gets bonus at 30.
It seems a little unfair considering i115 weapons should have +78 stats. I just wanted to ask whether this is a bug that will be resolved or that using three stats will result in 76 overall instead of 78.
