/wait Timers - Seriously needs improving

So in my month of game play, the only thing that bugs me so far is the wait timers.

I have done research on the web / with my own testing and found the game rounds up or rounds down the timer.

This is horrible considering all the timers are not set in full seconds.

with plenty of times were you are not able to hit the attack options while moving for keyboard/mouse players (I don't know about controller players) no matter how you try to reconfigure the keys.
the game is to dependent on both mouse and keyboard to make it fully user friendly in a way to do so.

macros would normally be the repair for this but the macro system with all its great and advance features is missing one key part.
to be able to have wait command that match the timers.

with a game with such a lovely look and interaction this has been my only major challenge that annoys me to no end.

.5 sec wait would be great to add at the minimal and would make a huge effect on the macro system

.1 sec wait would even be greater to add and would make an even large effect on the macro system

Existed in Beta, they took it out.

my GCD is something like 2.45, and i have my macros with
/wait 2.5

and it actually waits 2.5 seconds, i have not tried making it more precise yet, like
/wait 2.45

or something, but half seconds are a thing

It does not. It waits 3 seconds. The macros can't que actions, nor can the do non whole numbers. In a game where 2.37 means casting a spell and 2.4 means breaking a spell these limitations make macros unusable for battle classes without gimp one's self.

I want all those that are interested in getting /wait timers adjust to support at lease .5 seconds to post a response saying they would like it as well

I have noticed looking through this section that anyone that has authority or the ability to influence the staff, devs, or other people that make decisions on the game don't not reply in this section of the forms.
which is kinda sad in my view as this is the area that can greatly influence the game and its growth.

I'm interested in a re-implementation of .5 seconds to wait timers.
