lag - slow response/loading all of a sudden

Yesterday morning, I start having some lag where things are responding slow. teleport load time is long and speaking with retainer is very frustrating. When I open a menu, I hear the sound before I see the menu pop up. I ran a trace, few packets missing so I tried VPN, LTE, all still slow. I checked my task manager and lag is under 100 for FFXIV. This morning I did another trace, everything seems fine but when I load FFXIV it is still slow. I can watch video. load any page without any problems. If anyone has this problem or can provide any assistance, I greatly appreciate it.

I'm having the same problem. I've also noticed that when I log in for the day, the camera doesn't actually show my character and it seems to be zoomed into the floor. I can't move it and the only way to fix it is to close the game and start it up again. Do you have that problem as well or is it just me?

Having the same exact problems as described above~ :(
-Loading screens 5-10min long. :(
-Talking to retainer is near impossible~! :(
-Made the silly decision to try to go to the Aesthetician and change my hair!
10min to get through the cutscene of him walking up with scissors and loading character remodeling. :(
-Flipping through Environment options while using the Aesthetic dude demands significant load time as well :(
-If I do actually load into the world, the camera is zoomed in on the ground and my character cannot move. :(

I just got a ps4 yesterday and my load times when teleporting from one zone to another is around 15 sec. Other ps4 users telling me it only takes them around 5 sec.
