Erratic Cursor Behavior

Steps:
1. Whenever I am playing the game, occasionally the cursor while utilizing the D-Pad begins behaving erratically. For Example, I receive reproducible "Double-Inputs" and "skips" over items in the menu. After the episode, the cursor returns to its normal behavior.

2. During these instances, the analog sticks behave somewhat erratically as well, sometimes not allowing me to move.

3.I do not know if this is related to in-game "slow-down", but during these periods the whole UI seems somewhat glitchy, has not proven reproducible on the home Playstation home screen, only in game.
