interupting combos

in the past three days my character been having issues doing its combos. every two or three rotations the second attacks animation would stop damage would cancel and the global cooldown would reset. i had lost a few battles due to this problem please fix this problem so i can play my battle classes. additionally i ask ppl around odin and they reported the same problem
