Game won't start

So I tried to get on this morning, and I was greeted with this confusing message: "Cannot launch Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Please register the promotion code included with your package or download." I don't know why I would be getting this message, I've been playing the game since May. What's all this about the promotion code? I would really appreciate an explanation.

Disregard this post, I figured out the issue. There was a problem with my profile on my PS4 and as soon as I fixed that I was able to play.
