How long until you lose a plot of land?

How long do you have to build a house before you lose the plot of land?

So no one knows ?

i'm kinda interestd in this,the house in front of or fc is owned by a 2 persons FC . Where the master has been lvl 20 for more than a month (with no lvl 50 ^^).
their FC is all access denied etc...
and so i was dreaming about buying that plot :p

Currently - this has not been yet implemented in the game so for now there's no limit on that. The latest info on this (future) feature mentions 35 days though.

35 days after your sub is canceled? I thought you only lost a house if you canceled your sub.

the char who holds the house + guild is probably an alt and the owner himself an active player (just with another char)

Here is the history of the "35days rule",
please note that at that moment a lot of players believed personal house would not be involved in this "35days rule",
thus they supported the implementation for the "35days rule" because they thought it would increase available plots of land to their FC.
However, on 2.38 no one mention supporting this "35days rule" again because now it should involve everyone house ^^;

No - 35 days since your last visit (entering) the house - you can be subbed and on holiday or even play and just forget to "visit" your house and you'll still lose it!
