After the patch I can no longer interact with the Maelstrom Hunting board. I can however interact with the other cities boards, but alas I am Maelstrom and I would prefer not to have to switch just to pick up my weekly/daily marks. I spoke with two GM's then they finally told me to put a forum post about it. I am max ranked with Maelstrom.
