So i ran out of allowances

Is there another way to level crafting (43 carpenter) at a decent speed or should i just play something else and wait for more?

I've always used this site for my crafting and leveling needs. Pretty spot on. I would imagine other than your daily GC allowance, leves are the way to go though

The Ixali beastmen quests also provide exp for crafters.

you can also turn in crafted items at your grand company or do it how I did it: pure grind. May sound boring, but for certain base materials, you can bank some big cash, especially with Desynthesis you can turn around and break the things you make, or sell them to other players wishing to power level there desynthesis.
