Display name on mouse over

Hi!

We have the options to hide names or display under limited conditions.

Unfortunately, I'm not quite pleased with the current display of names and icons.

While I would like to hide names, I'd like to keep the relevant icons up (FATE, Quest target, Hunt target, etc.).
Unfortunately, it seems it isn't possible for the UI team to implement at the moment.

Then, what about displaying names/icons on mouse over?
Similarly to how potential targets light up on mouse over, couldn't the name simply be displayed? (It works when targeted, but not a simple mouse over)
