No glove love

I tried posting through the in-game "Support Desk" / "Contact Us" / "Report a Bug" feature twice a couple weeks back but I hadn't heard from anyone and I was told to post here instead.

I completed all my Lightning Strikes 2014 quests but never received my hands: "Guardian Corps Gauntlets" and I just was wondering if I can have them or how do I go about obtaining them or do I have to wait till it comes around again :(

Did you turn in the package for them? From what I understand, there's no guarantee that the event will come back again. :/

I followed guides online and did everything it asked. :(
