Cutscene Crashes in Instance Raids

It's only happened to me once, but it has happened to people in my linkshell on more than one occasion. The game will just crash when exiting or skipping a cutscene within the raid. This can happen on any of them but I find it's most common at the ogre. It does not happen every time.

Platform: Windows, windowed mode.

NPC Name: None
Monster Name: Not related to monsters.
In-Game Time: Any
Steps: Enter the Dhezmeal Darkhold, run through it enough times and eventually you will crash during a cutscene.
