Are the next wards added going to be all small

I think this would be the best way to do it.

Add two new ward with all small housing, based for personal
They can be like suburbs.

The biggest problem seems to be not enough small housing for personals, so it would be a good idea, I think.

I never hear anyone crying about not having enough large plots. So two full wards of small plots in new areas would really help out, and probably serve the communities the best.

And not let a player buy more than one house per server, or switch to an instance system, as there are some who could buy up a large number of smalls - even though some others would see a small as 80% of total gil.

Really what they should have done is made a zone with 50+ homes all Small and Med for personal. Made the zone look like a real neighbourhood with lots of house around and 50+ people around. Then have different ward for FC with just M/L size homes becuase at the end only FC need a L size home.

But na they had to make the zone really big and waste of space. Does not even feel like a real neighbourhood i don't see anyone only when they go to the market to check on something and most of the time there afk.

Speak for yourself on that one. I'm saving for an L to customize a theme park of sorts inside it. Debating on going with a Persona style setting (school classrooms, Velvet Room, etc), seasonal showcase rooms, or some other ideas that come up from time to time. A big part of the fun with personal housing is how you customize it. The bigger the house, the better your options (usually).

From what they said, the existing wards are going to be doubling in plots. It wouldn't surprise me if the plots they add to the wards are mostly small-sized given the current situation and need. (Of course, legacy servers will need more wards as well.)

Making new zones with different houses in them from what they already have would be too much work dev time and likely server space for them do don't count on them doing this.

If they change the existing wards entirely to have more plots in them, as well as add new wards, this would be excellent.

Except for the fact that the item limit for a large is abysmally small. Hard to do anything too extreme with a mansion

Guess I'll have to set my clock for a game if I want ipa chance at one...

It would be very nice to get a Personal Housing system.

This is just the FC Housing system except now individuals can also compete with FCs.
