Uncontrollable targeting

Was put in insufficient information page so I posted info but article was then placed in resolved issues.
What was resolved though?

Uncontrollable targeting
Periodically
Random
Excalibur
Night Ride
Warrior/50
NPC:all
Monster:all
Party/Solo: Both
Anytime
Anywhere

1. While fighting wherever, will start randomly targeting objects and monsters and switching from one to another really fast.
2. Focus targeting myself, cycling keeps going
3. Clearing focus target from myself stops the uncontrollable targeting
4. But by this time it is to late to matter that I solved the problem
