Auto-follow: bug with walking/running

Character enters walk mode when switching to passive mode once already locked on and following someone with auto-run initiated.

Steps:
1. Lock onto player.
2. Initiate auto-run while in Active mode.
3. Switch to passive mode while locked on and following a player during auto-run.
4. Character enters passive mode and also inadvertently switches to walk mode.
