Don't forget to cry May be bugged

I stared the leve don't forget to cry. Defeated the bailor's bell and received the tears of nepenthe upon death. When I tried to used it on the prime location, a message popped saying invalid target and won't do anything. I have abandon and restarted the leve 5 times with the same out come. Did this leve before with no problems. I can complete my sixth book with out it. What should I do?

did you actually select the prime location, i did this leve just this morning with no issues.
