Devs pass this on to Yoshi

My problem with the housing . There in the same zones as FC housing . A FC has to acquire rank 6 to buy any size home . S , M , L any size rank 6. BUT if you want a personal house all you need is gil. And max GC rank nothing speical . And you get all the perks of a FC small or large house. This is what makes me mad the most. Why on earth would this route be taken. It is a utter insult to FCs who worked so hard especially smaller ones to acquire rank 6. Housing personal housing SHOULD have been done like XI moghouse . I just cant wrap my head around this oversight

I agree with you. I think that the developers have done something right by allowing only a few more houses to be issued but the oversight is in that anyone can buy it with enough money which would be fine if RMT did not exist and everybody worked hard to obtain their riches but this is just not the reality and Yoshida knows this.

Oh well...it's not the end of the world. Just anyone reading this, please [bold]DO NOT[/bold] as a result of this new development support the RMT community. This hurts us all!!

I am sorry, but I disagree. In some aspects, small free companies are being punished in regards to housing and its perks. Some smaller FC's have a harder time generating 30 to 40 million Gil. It is almost an impossible task when you have a small number of members. And to have it be such is not only an insult, but literally a slap in the face. We pay to play just like everyone else, but the economy is still screwed with everyone gouging everyone. I find the housing situation mimicking real life, those who have get more while the have nots will continue to not have because everything is so ridiculously expensive. I find the whole housing situation frustrating and an insult.
