Fix for Slow Movement with Gamepad after Patch 2.38

This was probably the first thing i've noticed after i started playing after patch, and i thought it was related to the mount change when walking and using a mount, that could have caused some bug.

It turns out it's something quite simple, it seems that for some reason the sensitivity was lowered, so this is how i've fixed it after looking through the settings.

For reference i play on PC with the PS3 Gamepad, so it might not work for everyone, i don't know if what i'm going to say bellow exists on consoles, still give it a try.

I fixed it by going to System Configuration - Gamepad Settings - Analog Stick Sensitivity

It's at 55% by default after patch, i've put it to 100% and the problem is gone.

I've also tried to put back to 55% again and the problem comes again, changing to 100% again and works fine.
