Personal housing lacks uniqueness

I understand there is a lot of complaints about pricing, but to me that is not the main issue.

I would've liked wards specifically for personal housing with different look than the FC wards, and 1 specific size for all personal houses. However this seems like it would take a lot of resources and time to complete, and I don't see it happening any time soon.

So, considering what we are stuck with, the biggest issue for me is that the only difference between a personal house and an FC house is the icon on the map, I expected at least some uniqueness at the very least:

• Personal house specific models
• Different interior layouts
• Armoire
• Unending Journal

Many more things on my wish list like personal trophies, storage chest, minions roaming, indoor gardening pots, aesthetician bell, wakeup/sleep in bed like inn, unique-untradable furniture from achievement awards, and overall more customization options. After all it is the one place in the game which we can call our own.

The point is that wards are already empty as it is (as in people walking around), and getting FC and personal mixed in with each other, the area will be even more dead as a wet old newspaper all the time, you won't see ANYONE. Plus the housing wasnt gonna be as expensive as FC was. I'd preferred an instanced room for everyone over this system. (Yes i know there is a instanced room in a FC house) The way they did it now it's basically a delay of exactly the same thing slapped in your face. This was one of the things a lot of people were looking forward to.

Simply because that isn't personal housing.
Again, NOT personal housing. They just change the name that's it.
