Suggestions for MMOs with Fun/Interesting Raiding?

Been thinking about this a lot lately, and since I'm not too hyped about Coil in this game, I was wondering what other MMOs out there had some good raiding scenes! Preferably something that's not on the "OMG I CAN HAZ FACEROLL?!" side, but not something that's going to make me want to bash my head against a wall because I can't pass the first part of a fight.

Not interested in WoW, since I know that's too easy, and going to give ArcheAge a try even though it's more PvP centered than I like. (Maybe the raiding is somewhat decent? Idk. :P )

I was leaning more towards AA till I heard of its post 30 enforced pvp , destiny holds no interest for me, guild wars 2 I still love, as it's not a sub game, but it once, and that's it , means you can always go back there anytime you get bored

Are you looking for a raiding scene that artificially locks the "challenging" content behind a ton of gates to prolong the grind?

Or are you looking more for a ton of content that is generally easy excluding a few "challenging" fights here and there?
