Housing: A simple solution?

So, like many people, personal housing has not been executed as I thought it might be. But, tbh, I was on the fence anyway as to whether I would really need one, between the FC house and personal chambers.

I think an easy solution, to address the reason I think many people want personal housing, would be a way to garden via our FC personal rooms, either through plant pots or maybe even a mini walled-in personal garden area accessible through our FC personal room.

Even if it cost another 300k gil or something this would be enough for me and, I suspect, a good number of people who mainly would like the opportunity to garden more but find themselves limited by the plots in a FC estate.
