Personal housing, poorly implemented

personal housing has become first come first served content in a sub based p2p game ... now people who logged in and was able to buy the scarce land plots have more game content available than me and we are paying the same sub..

personal housing should be accessible to all players just like coil and the dungeons and the hunts. personal housing should have not follow the same structure as FC housing since there are 2.3 million players .the demand for personal housing exceeds far beyond the demand of FC houses, using the same infrastructure and model for both is just bad design.
