Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks is missing the new dock down near Fisher's guild

1. Look down at the Fishermen's guild from the Blacksmith/Armorer's Guild (Naldiq & Vymelli's) at X10-Y15
2.Teleport to Fisherman's guild and look at the same area.

This last patch a little dock area was added just to the south of the Fishermen's guild, which connects it to this big rock with a door on it (which I'm assuming is going to be the rogue/thieves guild, but I digress.) Here is a screenshot showing what it looks like from the lower decks, behind the Armorer/Blacksmith's guild looking down at the Fisher's guild:

As you can see, the dock is there in the Lower Decks picture, but not in the upper one. Here's a final picture showing exactly what is missing from the upper decks area:

Guessing that someone forgot to update the Upper Decks with the art for the new dock that was added :)
