... Am I reading the section on housing correctly? Personal housing is FC housing?

Not sure what this is saying. Once it has been sould glazed we have to put more materia on it or can redo the materia already put on?

That's what it says... now the super rush to buy all the plots within few mins after servers up.

Also, can someone explain Personal Housing...do I need to be in a FC

LOL yep. personal housing is in the same wards as fc housing. And they are still doing the ridiculous price differences for legacy servers. Plots costs twice as much on my server as the new player servers. Personal housing is a joke and this why they didnt release any info on it prior to maintenance. Its just what soloers have been doing already. Making their own FC just to buy a house. This just removes the restrction of needing an FC.
