DirectX Fatal Error.

I JUST bought this computer, and attempted to load the trial version of FFXIV, but when it gets to one of the early cutscenes, it shuts down and gives me a Fatal Error?

AMD FX 4300 Quad Core Processor (4 CPU'S) 3.8GHZ
Radeon R5 200 Series
8192MB RAM
2 TB HD
Running Windows 8.1 64 bit and DirectX 11

Anyone with similar issues find a fix?

I used to have that error when I was forced to use an old monitor with low resolution. Changing monitors fixed the problem.

You can also reinstall DirectX. Just don't uninstall it, reinstalling over it just fixes any files that may be corrupted.
